JOB PURPOSE

– Apply systems and procedures of safety and occupational health at site in according to international recognized standards and norms.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

– Follow-up plan and procedures of safety and occupational health at site commensurate with international safety standers, to save workers life, equipment and assets of company.

– Risk assessment at sites for any new work or at the beginning of each project to reduce occupational risks at site and take corrective and preventative actions.

– Train the staff at site and visitors to site and prepare induction training for new staff members to ensure the application of safety and occupational health standards.

– Insure safety of equipment at site and keep it save in addition to keep staff who dealing with equipment save to prevent risks at site.

– Prepare complete emergency plan for site and submit it to Line Manager for approving, and train works on its to insure safe evacuation to workers at site in case of any Emergency.

– Insure the validity of automatic fire system and monitoring performance and validity of system.

– Prepare investigations of accidents report if happen to lose assessment if it was human or material and submit to Line Manager.

– Represent in behalf of HSE Manager at operations management in case of his absence at emergency.

– Monitor and follow-up daily reports submitted by HSE supervisors to save workflow.

– Prepare weekly reports about unsafe and dangerous notes at work and submit it to line Manager to take necessary actions for work safety.

– Coordinate with Civil Defense Authority to apply its requirements for suit safety and to keep staff safe.

– Consultants- Civil Defense Authority- Egyptian Ambulance Authority- Labor Office.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING PROGRAMS

Educational Qualifications:

– Bachelor degree in Engineering.

Training programs:

– Specialized certifications in HSE field.

EXPERIENCES

– Experience not less than 10 years at Safety and Industrial Security.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCES

– Acquaintance of international safety and occupational health standards.

– Well acquaintance of first aid.

– Well acquaintance of ways and means of firefighting.
