JOB PURPOSE

– To execute all related activities to preparing and updating projects plans and schedule, and monitoring what has been achieved from planed works items, with standing of analysis of effectiveness of KPIs and anticipated results.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Study all main data and technical studies of each project (executing period and project taking over date, business volume, project stages, technical specifications, and quantities required of materials and requirements to execute the project… etc.). Preparing project plans and detailed timetables for executing the project in according to identified priorities and works items, and submit it to his Line Manager for reviewing and accreditation.

– Keep permanently in touch with management representatives and preparing periodical reports for workflow in according to project plan, and submit it to his Line Manager for reviewing and tacking required corrective actions.

– Update and coordinate timetables of project implementation in according to variables which arise during project implementation. Preparing periodical reports which reflect achieved results and Project achievements and submit it to his Line Manager.

– Planning manager assists in analyzing deviations of workflow and connected effects, and submit it to him in due course.

– Coordinate with needs department to prepare Plans of supply of material and used requirements for implementations according to projects timetable and implementation stages, submit it to his Line Manager, and follow-up providing of project requirements in due course.

– Coordinate with project executives to know implementation’s problems and submit it to his Line Manager, work with them to resolve difficulties which face them in conjunction with others departments.

– Coordinate with equipment sector to prepare plans of equipment allocating on projects according to stated priorities and implementation periods, follow-up movement of equipment among projects, and follow- up tacking required corrective actions or procedure amendments which projects and implementation priorities required.

– Fulfill what planning manger requires from contingency workflow reports in due course.

EXPERIENCES

– 3/5 years experience in this field. 

 

TECHNICAL COMPETENCES

– English fluency.

– Ability to use computer and its applications.
