JOB PURPOSE

– Execute the engineering works and direct its technical works according to, Standard Specifications and the timetable.

Total Subordinates: Number of supervisors and workers as works required.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

– Execute the engineering works of the site according to, the timetable and plan, prepare reports of complete works including, execution steps when necessary.

– Follow-up the continuing works in accordance with agreed technical specifications and quality standards, make any amendments, prepare all count works of subcontractors,  match the technical specification and standards, submit it to his line manager to review the prepared payment certificates.

– Coordinate with consulting offices to review some of his works, agree with subcontracts on delivery dates of the executive works, practice in subcontractors’ evaluation during and after the execution.

– Ensure of adherence dates of supply materials and equipments for the executive works and follow it up. Inform the executive of site by the supplies situation and any other amendments.

– Undertake the site needs, coordinate with store-keepers to provide it, in order to prepare promissory notes according to his powers.

– Supervise his site works, distribute daily tasks as work required, and ensure of their fully executive works performance, direct them with necessary technical directions.

– Apply safety, security, and occupation health, take necessary actions according to the declared policies.

– Prepare necessary date and reports for his line manager about any executive situation or problems as required.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING PROGRAMS

Educational Qualifications:

– Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering.

EXPERIENCES

– 5/7 years of experience in construction projects execution.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCES

– Ability to use computer and programs.
