JOB PURPOSE
– Define required needs of designs, engineering drawings, and subcontractors for the project; follow-up with technical import table, review the payment certificates of subcontractors.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Obtain methodology of tenders which includes items of direct and indirect cost; prepare technical reports which includes required needs of designs, engineering drawings, and subcontractors for the project; submit them to his/her line manager.
– Participate in evaluating the requirements and additional works according to the contract; coordinate the variations with project managers; review variations which reflect through payment certificates and operational orders; submit them to his/her line manager.
– Participate in preparing quotations’ orders, technical specifications, quantities table, engineering drawings, and the contracting items; submit them to his/her line manager for approval; participate in preparing all the technical documents of contractors.
– Cooperate with needs management team and procurement department in determining qualified suppliers and subcontractors to meets the technical needs for the project; recommend the best selection that would have the determined technical specifications; review technical specifications of imports.
– Participate in the initial meetings, which held in attendance of client and consulting, aim to clarify items and final technical specifications; obtain their approval.
– Inform and clarify the project objectives to the teamwork in site; determine the duties of every one of them; provide the necessary guidance about the effective mechanisms for preparing the project reports.
– Support the technical office by providing the consulting with variations on operational orders and technical specifications, as they arise.
– Submit periodic report on the department activities, which reflects the achievements against the plans to his/her line manager; provide recommendations for developing the working method.

– 5/7 years of practical experience in area.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCES
– English fluency.
